We get it — you want your gear before the heat wave passes. Here's exactly how shipping works at ChillGear USA, in plain English.
Free shipping — always
Every order ships free to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. No minimum order. No surprise fees at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to our shipping partners within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link once it ships.
Estimated delivery times
- USA: 8–15 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 10–18 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: 10–18 business days after dispatch
Peak summer season (June–August) can add a few extra days. If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, email us — we'll investigate personally.
Tracking your package
Check your email for a tracking number after dispatch. We're a small team — we treat every "where's my order?" like it's from family.
Lost or damaged in transit
Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number. Replacement or full refund — your choice.
